Consultation
We will discuss and go through a pre-recruitment checklist to ensure we find the right candidate(s). This also includes defining the job, candidate requirements, accommodation available, and all other factors.

The search begins!
We will firstly examine our extensive candidate pool of young and motivated talent, and if required, also post the job on our many partner channels (including social media) to ensure the best candidate is found.

First Interview
We will conduct a comprehensive initial interview to gain a deep understanding of the candidate's experience, skills, personal qualities, and suitability for the role. Additionally, we will assess how well they align with your organization’s culture and their motivation for pursuing a position in Lapland.

Refining and Selecting
We will provide you with a detailed overview of the candidates we believe are the best match for your organization. The selected finalists will then advance to a second and final interview.

Second Interview
As a final step, we then offer the opportunity for a representative from your organisation to meet the candidate in the second interview.

I am the Founder of Work in Lapland. I am a fully qualified Lawyer and also have extensive experience in operations, tourism, administration, and technology - both in Finland and abroad.
Work in Lapland's goal is to ease and address the labour shortage facing (particularly Northern) Lapland.
