In addition to posting all positions on numerous Finnish and European job boards (if we don't already have the perfect candidate), we run engaging social media campaigns, actively network on social platforms, and perform targeted headhunting, including proactive engagement on LinkedIn. Our goal is to streamline the recruitment process for both employers and candidates. Whether you prefer to be closely involved in candidate selection or want us to handle it entirely, we adapt to your needs. We prioritize clear communication with candidates and act promptly to ensure a smooth process.

I am the Founder of Work in Lapland. I am a fully qualified Lawyer and also have extensive experience in operations, tourism, administration, and technology - both in Finland and abroad.
